Following up on the announcement flyer shown in Juneteenth Freedom Day Celebration, the Bronx came together at Lou Gehrig Plaza for a powerful Juneteenth Freedom Day Celebration. Hosted by Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson and the African Advisory Council (AAC) of the Bronx, the event was a beautiful tribute to liberation, resilience, and the rich heritage of the community.
